Cuco Cloud

For CucoCloud we built the Cucocloud AI Agent: an AI-powered HR and scheduling assistant integrated directly into the CucoCloud platform. Instead of clicking through menus and forms, teams manage employees and schedules in plain English or Portuguese.

The problem

HR and scheduling work lived in forms: onboarding an employee, reorganizing a department, or adjusting a shift meant navigating the platform screen by screen. The goal was to make all of it conversational, without sacrificing the structure the underlying platform needs.

Our approach

• Multilingual natural-language processing (EN/PT) using OpenAI GPT-4 and o3-mini, enabling conversational HR management
• Intelligent workflows for employee lifecycle management, department organization, and AI-assisted schedule management
• A modern web interface (Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS) with real-time interaction, multimodal support, and CucoCloud API integration
• A custom AI agent architecture with advanced prompt engineering, memory, and tool-use orchestration behind a ChatGPT-like UI — a tailored experience beyond standard LLM interfaces

Outcome

Streamlined HR operations with reduced task completion time and real-time scheduling updates — with zero learning curve, because the interface is a conversation.
